All notarization fees are based on state of California Government Code 8211. California notary code allows notaries to charge a maximum of $10 per each notarized signature and an additional travel fee, which must be disclosed separate from the notarization charges. To expedite the notary service, without additional fees, please be certain all documents to be notarized are appropriately completed before your scheduled appointment.

Fees for Mobile Notary Services:

$ 15.00 - Per Signature per Document (Volume Discount available), PLUS
$ 50.00
- Mobile Service / Convenience Fee*

*Mobile Service Fee due & payable even if signing does not take place when Notary arrives, or if
cancelled less than 2 hours prior to scheduled appointment.  Credit card to be provided in
advance for week-end appointments - 24-hour cancellation required, or service fee will applied and charged.

Additional fees:

"Wait Time Fee" - After 20 minutes, $20.00 ($15.00 for every additional 15 minutes)
"After Hours Fee"  (10 pm - 8 am) - $35.00 - $50.00
"Short notice / last minute" signing – fee will depend on time and day of appointment and availability!
Additional mileage over 50 miles R/T - $1.50 per mile

Fees for Loan Document Signing Services:   

$150 - $250  - 1st set of loan documents (purchase, refinance, etc.)
$  85  - Second set of loan documents at same signing
$  35  - Printing of E-docs (1 set)

(If Borrower does not show or refuses to sign documents, fee is still due and payable. This fee
will be equal to a minimum of 1/2 of the signing fee, OR printing charges and travel fee of $50
($1.50 per mile for travel beyond 30 miles round-trip), as well as fee for wait time, whichever is
greater. This is to insure that all documents are properly prepared and borrowers are well-
informed prior to Notary Signing Agent's arrival to conduct the signing.)

NOTE:   Notary Signing Agent's fee is due in full for a completed signing, even if loan does not fund.
If re-signing is necessary due to Notary error or omission, there is no charge.
